Returns & Exchanges

We are unable to offer returns and exchanges unless the mistake was made by us. If there was a problem with your order and you believe the mistake was on our end please email info@mymakeupng.com.

You must contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the product for us to review your claim. If you do not contact us within the time frame we would not be able to process any returns or refunds. All products must be returned to any of the addresses provided to you via email. Refunds would be processed electronically by crediting your bank account or giving you store credit
