1. How do I order

You can order online, via email, BBM or Whats App

To Order Online

  • Click on Shop and select the relevant section i.e. Eyes, Lips, Face etc. 
  • Click on the product you are interested in, if the product is not available it would be labeled as sold out
  • Indicate the quantity you want and click on add to cart
  • Keep doing this for all the products you are interested in
  • To complete your order, select the cart icon on the upper right hand corner of the site and click check out
  • Enter your email address and delivery information and click continue to shipping method
  • Select your shipping method. If you are in Lagos select the area of Lagos in which you are located and if you are outside Lagos select outside Lagos
  • To complete your purchase ensure you fill all the forms until the site tells you that your purchase is complete

To Order via Email

  • Identify the items you want
  • Ensure they are not sold out
  • Send a mail to info@mymakeupng.com with your name, number and address and we will respond with your total

2. How will I get my order

We deliver all over Nigeria 

3. Do you deliver?

Yes we do

4. What are your delivery charges

Within Lagos the charges vary by location but for outside Lagos there is a flat delivery charge of N1,800

5. How many days will it take to get my order?

If you are in Lagos it would take 1 to 3 business days. For outside Lagos 2 to 4 business days after payment

6. How can I pay for my order?

You can either pay online with your card, pay into our GTB account or pay cash on delivery. Cash on delivery orders are for Lagos customers only

7. What happens if I don't receive my order after paying for it

This has never happened before but if it does simply send us an email and we would track your order for you. Worst case scenario we would send out a fresh order or give you a full refund

8. I am trying to order foundation but I do not know my shade?

Very common problem simply send an email to info@mymakeupng.com with the shade and brand of foundation you are currently using and we would do our best to assist you or walk into any of our branches to get tested

9. I would like to buy lipstick but I don't know what shade to buy

Our lipstick colors are carefully selected to ensure that they suit all our customers regardless of their skintone so go ahead and pick what you want, we guarantee you would love it

10. The item I want is currently sold out
